Contents: Official statistics, which provides data about condition and movement at economical, demographical and social area and also in the area of environment and natural sources, is in contemporary societies indispensable information base for state/enterprises/public sector policy decision making on national level and also at international joining. At the Official seminar a student is acquainted with general contentional, institutional, juridical and organizational views of official statistics, and the module Official statistics is designed for intensive study of theoretical and conceptual basis, on which measurments of economic and other social phenomenons of official statistics are based.
