Contents:  Module Societal statistics includes methodology and statistics chapters, specific for societal area. Because a survey is the most commonly used way for collecting data, students are acquainted with errors presenced at this type of data collection and how to avoid those errors. Because in social science collected data is usually measured on nominal or ordinal scale, students become aware with suitable statistical methods for analysing that kind of data.

  2. Information Technology in Data Analysis (Dr. Vladimir Batagelj, Full Professor; Dr. Andrej Blejec, Assistant Professor)
  3. Multivariate Analysis (Dr. Anuška Ferligoj, Full Professor; Dr. Vesna Omladič, Associate Professor)
  4. Seminar in Official Statistics (Dr. Lea Bregar, Associate Professor)
